Hemponix Shipping Policy

Free Shipping:

At Hemponix, we offer free shipping for all online orders within the United States. Please note, this free shipping policy does not extend to international orders.

Order Processing:

Orders placed before 11AM CST are typically dispatched the same day. Orders received after 11AM will generally be sent the following business day. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend. This processing estimate does not include shipping times, which you can select at checkout. We strive to ship orders promptly, though our schedule may vary during busy periods like sales events and holidays.

Shipping Methods:

We ship packages via USPS or UPS. USPS orders are processed Monday-Saturday. All shipping methods are based on business days (Monday-Friday).

Delivery Times:

Upon order processing, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Orders shipped via our free shipping offer typically arrive within 2 to 8 business days. Delivery times for USPS Priority Mail, usually within 2-4 days, are not guaranteed. Please note that tracking updates may be delayed and are not Hemponix’s responsibility. Hemponix is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or courier errors.

APO/DPO/FPO/Military Addresses:

Deliveries may take up to 14 days in transit.

State Laws:

Customers are responsible for complying with state and local laws.

Shipping Rates:

Additional shipping options and rates are available at checkout. If you receive a message stating no shipping rates are available for your area, it means we currently do not ship to that location. For international orders with restrictions, please get in touch with our customer support team.

Back Orders:

If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you for an alternative replacement or remove the item and issue a refund.

Damaged or Missing Products/Order:

For any issues with your order, such as damaged or incorrect items, please email a picture and description of the problem to [email protected] for assistance.

International Orders:

We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders. If customs return your order, we will inform you and may attempt to reship or refund your purchase. Hemponix is not liable for shipments held at customs. International customers order at their own risk. We do not provide SDS or MSDS forms for packages shipping to a forwarder.
