Cannabichromene (CBC)

Cannabichromene (CBC) is a minor cannabinoid that is found in the Cannabis plant, along with more well-known compounds like tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD). It is unique in that it has a different mechanism of action than other cannabinoids like THC and CBD. While THC and CBD interact primarily with the CB1 and CB2 receptors of the endocannabinoid system, CBC has been found to interact with other receptors in the body, such as the vanilloid receptor 1 (TRPV1) and transient receptor potential ankyrin 1 (TRPA1). This means that CBC may have a different set of therapeutic effects than other cannabinoids, and may be particularly useful for treating certain types of pain or inflammation.

is the product obtained from the distillation process. It is a vapor that has been condensed into a liquid.

Drying hemp

traditional drying methods hang whole plants out of direct sunlight in climate-controlled environments maintaining 60-70 degrees F with a relative humidity of approximately 60%. Modern methods may include utilizing belt, rotary, or chamber dryers for continuous or batch drying of plant material.

Endocannabinoid

Endocannabinoids are similar to cannabinoids, but they originate from within your own body. Endocannabinoids play an important role in helping to regulate appetite, pain, inflammation, mood, memory, and many other functions.

Endocannabinoid System (ECS)

is a biological mechanism in the body that aids in maintaining and regulating numerous bodily functions.

Entourage Effect

The entourage effect is the principle that all elements of the cannabis plant - including phytocannabinoids and terpenes - work together to produce a more powerful, synergistic effect.
