Wholesale Account Executive

Hemponix is seeking a dynamic and experienced Wholesale Account Executive to expand our reach in the cannabinoid-infused product market. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth through effective relationship management and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow Hemponix’s wholesale client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential wholesale clients, including retailers, health and wellness centers, and other relevant businesses.
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients to educate them about Hemponix’s product range, including benefits, usage, and safety guidelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and sales agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored promotional strategies for wholesale accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports to management on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the health and wellness or related industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of the cannabinoid-infused product market and willingness to stay updated with industry developments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
