Store Sales Associate

Hemponix is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Store Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of Hemponix, providing exceptional customer service and sharing your passion for the benefits of cannabinoid-infused products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Educate customers on our range of cannabinoid-infused products, including their uses, benefits, and any safety information.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
• Assist in merchandising and maintaining the presentation of the store.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and store objectives.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for wellness and a strong interest in cannabinoid-infused products.
• Ability to learn and communicate complex product information.
• Basic computer skills for sales transactions.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
