- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about Hemponix products, their benefits, usage, and safety guidelines.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new products and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve future service.
- Assist in creating FAQs and content for the company website and social media platforms.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a health, wellness, or retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand and convey complex product information clearly.
- Empathetic and patient, with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
