Customer Service Representative

Hemponix is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and information about our cannabinoid-infused products, and ensuring a positive and informative experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about Hemponix products, their benefits, usage, and safety guidelines.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, providing solutions that meet their needs.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new products and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to improve future service.
• Assist in creating FAQs and content for the company website and social media platforms.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a health, wellness, or retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to understand and convey complex product information clearly.
• Empathetic and patient, with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with CRM systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
